About us

Vads Trading-FZCO is an equipment supplier registered in the IFZA free zone in Dubai. We source completion, cementing and well intervention equipment and deliver it to drilling contractors, service companies and operators in ten countries across the Gulf, the Caspian and Central Asia.

Most enquiries reach us as a part number, a specification or a photograph of the item. We identify what it is, confirm availability with the manufacturer or with a qualified alternative source, and come back with a price and a realistic lead time. Where an original is discontinued or its lead time is unworkable, we propose an equivalent and state plainly how it differs from the original in dimensions, pressure rating and material class.

Stages of work

Enquiry and identification

Send a part number, a specification, a drawing or a photograph. If the item carries no marking, we identify it from dimensions, thread type, pressure rating and the application it came from.

Sourcing and quotation

We check availability with the manufacturer and with qualified alternative suppliers, then quote unit price, lead time and delivery terms. Where we offer an equivalent instead of the original, the differences are listed in the quotation.

III.

Inspection and documentation

Goods are checked against the order before dispatch. Material certificates, test reports and the paperwork needed for customs clearance and for the client's quality file travel with the shipment.

IV.

Delivery and after-sales

Dispatch by air or sea to the agreed Incoterm, with tracking. We remain available for fitment and compatibility questions, and keep the enquiry on file so repeat orders do not start from scratch.
